ICAI issues advisory for CAs ahead of 3-day bank strike

ICAI issued an advisory to Chartered Accountants to complete regulatory compliances, including tax audits, on time ahead of the proposed three-day bank strike from September 28. It advised CAs to plan assignments early and obtain all necessary bank-related information and files. ICAI also urged CAs to ask clients to arrange and provide requisite banking information and documents at the earliest.
