The Supreme Court held that the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) constituted at the aggrieved woman’s workplace has jurisdiction over an employee of a different workplace under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH Act). The Court dismissed an appeal against the Delhi High Court's judgment.
