ICC complaint filed against Israeli medics over Gaza detainee abuse

The Hind Rajab Foundation filed an ICC complaint against Israeli medical officials and the Israeli Medical Association over alleged torture of Palestinian detainees at Sde Teiman military facility. The complaint cites amputations from shackling, forced treatment, and at least 29 detainee deaths since October 2023 due to violence or medical neglect.
