Indian bowling maestro Jasprit Bumrah became the first Indian fast bowler at No. 1 in the ICC Test rankings after his man-of-the-match performance against England in the second test match of the 5-match test series. The previous best ranking had been held by Kapil Dev, who was No. 2 on the retrospective table in 1979-80.
