This scorching summer, ice apples, or tati nungu, are attracting a lot of Bengalureans. Street sellers are selling these cool, transparent, jelly-like palmyra fruits from Banashankari to Malleswaram. Even though each fruit, which consists of two or three jelly-like portions, costs approximately Rs 100, people are enjoying it without raising any issues.
