A deadly winter storm wrecked havoc on the southeastern US on Wednesday by crippling travel, grounding flights and knocking out power to 363,000 customers. Alarmingly, the storm is expected to sock the northeastern US in the next two days with up to 15-inch (38 cm) of snow. The weather is reportedly blamed for at least 13 deaths in the region.
