A roadside ice-cream vendor in Warangal, Telangana was arrested after a video of him allegedly masturbating at his cart went viral. The 25-year-old from Rajasthan is now in custody. Following the incident, ice cream samples were sent to the State Food Laboratory in Hyderabad for inspection.
