ICICI Bank Limited has informed the exchange that the Board of Directors at its meeting, held on April 27, 2024, recommended final dividend of Rs 10 per equity share for FY24. ICICI Bank’s standalone net profit stood at Rs 10,708 in the fourth quarter of FY24, up 17.38 per cent from Rs 9121.87 crore in the same quarter a year.
