Several users of ICICI Bank took to Twitter on Friday to complain that they were facing glitches while using their net banking services and mobile app. "We're working to get things back to normal as quick as possible and will update you here," ICICI Direct said in a tweet. "This is not acceptable during market hours," a Twitter user wrote.
