Pictures of Shaheed Memorial Complex in Bangladesh's Mujibnagar surfaced online. It depicted signing of the 'Instrument Of Surrender' by Pakistan Army to the Indian Army and Bangladesh's Mukti Bahini. Congress MP Shashi Tharoor blamed 'anti-India vandals'.
