A streetcar in Portugal's Lisbon, one of the city's major tourist attractions, derailed on Wednesday and hit a building, leaving 15 dead and 18 injured. People near the accident site said they heard a loud noise before the world-famous Glória funicular sped down a steep slope. "It's a tragedy unlike anything we've ever seen," Lisbon Mayor Carlos Moedas said.
