ICU Medical and Otsuka Pharmaceutical Factory have formed a joint venture—Otsuka ICU Medical LLC—to strengthen North America's IV solutions supply chain. Combining global scale and US production, the JV aims to boost supply resiliency and introduce eco-friendly, PVC-free innovations in IV therapy.
