Idea is to move on: HC as it seeks resolution of Vijay Mallya-SBI asset dispute

The Bombay High Court said the six-year-old asset-recovery dispute between fugitive Vijay Mallya and an SBI-led consortium of banks must end. "The idea is to move on...otherwise the relations and the economy of the country suffer," the court said. Mallya's lawyer noted that the petition against asset seizures is now redundant, as banks have already recovered most attached properties.
