Identical twins can differ by 10 years in biological age: Sinclair

Harvard geneticist Dr David Sinclair said on the podcast that biological age depends heavily on lifestyle. Smoking, obesity and lack of exercise can make parts of the body biologically older, he said, while healthier habits may slow ageing. Even identical twins with the same DNA can end up with biological ages that differ by as much as 10 years.
