The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) moved its tanks into southern and eastern districts of the Gazan city of Deir al-Balah for the first time on Monday, an area where several hostages are believed to be held. The area is also packed with Palestinians displaced during the war, hundreds of whom fled to other regions after Israel issued an evacuation order.
