World's biggest spiderweb found in a cave in Europe

Scientists have found possibly the world's largest spiderweb inside Sulfur Cave at Albanian-Greek border. The web, covering about 1,140 square feet, houses 1,11,000 spiders. It was built by two species, Tegenaria domestica and P vagans, usually not known to share webs. In fact, Tegenaria domestica preys on the other, but the constant darkness may have altered their behaviour, researchers said.
