Filmmaker Sudhir Mishra has stated that Bollywood is still star-driven, adding that if they don't get stars, they concoct the idea of a star by hiring people who were once stars. The filmmaker further said that the focus should be on talent, skill and script rather than just the name of the person starring in a film.
