If desperate to represent India, why not become Indian citizens: Bombay HC to OCI cricketers

The Bombay High Court has orally told 12 OCI cardholding cricketers challenging a BCCI rule that if they are desperate to play for India, they should take Indian citizenship. The board’s 2023 resolution requires an Indian passport for all its tournaments. The BCCI said the Citizenship Act bars OCI holders from international cricket.
