Deputy Chairman of Russia's Security Council Dmitry Medvedev said that if Ukraine attacks Moscow during the World War Two Victory Day celebrations on May 9, then no one can guarantee that Kyiv will survive to see May 10. This comes after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said he can't ensure the safety of global leaders visiting Russia for the event.
