NC MP Ruhullah Mehdi said that the Taj hotel was "overbooked" after the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack, and it would be a victory for terrorists if tourists stayed away from Kashmir after the Pahalgam attack. "People stood with the victims (back then). That’s how I expect the nation should behave in the aftermath of this," Mehdi told The Print.
