AAP MP Raghav Chadha advocated for 'Right to Recall' to be given to voters to remove a non-performing MP/MLA before their term ends. "If voters can HIRE a neta [leader], they should be able to FIRE the neta too....Five years is too long," he said in Rajya Sabha. An elected representative can't underperform for five years without consequences, he added.
