Elon Musk, the Founder of neurotechnology startup Neuralink, tweeted on Thursday that the startup's mission statement will be "if you can't beat em, join em". He added that he will share Neuralink's progress report on August 28. Musk earlier claimed that AI-brain-chip could potentially be ready to be put into a human patient within a year.
