If you give in to pressure, you are just a manager not a leader: Tukaram Mundhe

Maharashtra FDA chief Tukaram Mundhe addressed students at St Xavier's College and urged them to take up leadership roles. Reflecting on his over 20-year-long career as a civil servant, he said, "There will be pulls and pressures, but if you succumb, you are not a leader; you are just a manager." He told students that noise shouldn't affect them.
