IFFCO Tokio has announced that it completed 20-years in December 2020 and has served millions of customers. The company mentioned that their claim settlement ratio is 92.88% and they have digitalised its major operations and processes. Furthermore it said, the policy issuance and claims services are fully contactless and digitalised, so that customers can get motor or health claims easily.
