IFL Enterprises to review ₹12% Singapore firm stake proposal
Ahmedabad-based IFL Enterprises will meet on Aug 1, 2025 to assess a proposal by Singapore’s Unique Global Managed Services to acquire up to 12% equity. Four FPIs recently bought 16.08% stake. FY25 revenue surged 13-fold to ₹120.60 cr, net profit rose 254% YoY. Stock gained 65.71% from 52-week low.
