iGate CEO Ashok Vemuri resigned the California-based outsourcing company months after Capgemini acquired it for nearly $4 billion. "Ashok Vemuri, CEO of iGate, having successfully contributed to the transition process, leaves in a mutual agreement to pursue other interests outside of Capgemini," Capgemini said in a statement. Vemuri had joined iGATE in September 2013.
