The 24-year-old woman, who alleged that she was raped by a student at IIM-Calcutta, didn't appear to record her statement before a magistrate and didn't come for a medical test either, police said. A senior officer told Hindustan Times that the woman and her father's mobile phones are turned off. She also reportedly refused to give her clothes for examination.
