IIM graduate Lokesh Ahuja pointed out a loophole in ban on real-money and gambling games in India, which has been proposed under a new Bill. Ahuja said gambling is still allowed in Goa as gambling at five-star hotels and offshore ships has been legal in Goa since 1999. "If someone really wants to, let them [fly] to Goa," he added.
