An IIT graduate from UP's Bulandshahr, Manvendra Singh, cleared UPSC's Engineering Services Examination in his first attempt despite living with cerebral palsy. Diagnosed at six months, he overcame physical challenges through perseverance and family support. He qualified for the UPSC ESE exam and achieved 112th rank.
