Bengaluru-based online tutoring startup Vedantu has raised $11 million in a Series B round led by Omidyar Network, with participation from existing investor Accel Partners. The funds will be used for expansion into tier 2 and 3 cities, CEO Vamsi Krishna said. Vedantu was co-founded by IIT Bombay graduate Krishna and IIT Roorkee's Pulkit Jain, Anand Prakash and Saurabh Saxena.
