IITian flags ₹4 lakh/yr fees for UKG in Mumbai, says 'My 4-year college fees was half of that'
Aviral Bhatnagar, a VC firm founder, flagged rising fees for education in India. Bhatnagar said his cousin's daughter's annual fees for UKG in Mumbai is ₹4 lakh, noting that his fees for four years at IIT Bombay was half of that. "Education costs are the hidden inflation that no-one talks about. Perhaps AI tutors will make it affordable," he said.
