IKEA makes 3D printed furniture parts for differently abled

Swedish furniture maker IKEA's Israel arm has collaborated with non-profit organisations to make a series of 3D printed furniture pieces that make it easier to use for the differently abled. Named 'ThisAbles', it includes 13 items like easier-to-grab door handles and bumpers to protect cabinets. They can be downloaded from the project's website and 3D printed anywhere globally, IKEA said.
