After Kerala Governor Arif Mohammed Khan sought resignations of Vice-Chancellors of nine universities in the state, Kannur University Vice-Chancellor Dr Gopinath Ravindran, who's among the nine VCs, said he'll not resign. "A VC's resignation is based on financial irregularities and bad behaviour, neither of which has happened," he said. Kerala Education Minister has criticised Governor's move.
