UPA government's Aadhaar card is available for a payment ranging between Rs 500-2500 even to illegal migrants from Pakistan and Bangladesh, according to a sting operation by Cobrapost. The people entrusted to securely collect and send the data of an individual to UIDAI, has "agreed to make Aadhaar Cards for applicants without any proof of identification or address."
