Based on confidential information, officials from the Food and Civil Supplies Department conducted a surprise raid at a residence near Ganeshpura in Suratkal, Mangaluru. The operation uncovered an unlawful LPG refilling unit where domestic cooking gas cylinders were being misused to fill other cylinders, which were then sold at inflated commercial prices.
