Actor and casting director Abhishek Banerjee has said that because he is an actor by default, he can also be a casting director by default. He added, "I know these three (characters, acting and directors' brief) things that's why I am a casting director." Banerjee has been a casting director in films like 'Kalank', 'Secret Superstar' and 'The Dirty Picture'.
