DC's Steve Smith who has played three games for the franchise in the IPL so far has said that he's fitting well in the group. Smith has scored 9, 33 and 34* in his three innings. "DC coach Ricky Ponting was my captain when I first started playing...he brings a great energy...it's been a good couple of weeks," he added.
