Imagicaaworld Entertainment Ltd has acquired a 6.65 MW solar power plant at Mandrup, Solapur, from Giriraj Enterprises for ₹16 crore under a slump sale. The Business Transfer Agreement was signed on September 6 following shareholder approval on March 13. Both firms belong to the Malpani Group, making it a related party transaction.
