The IMD has issued a coldwave alert for five districts in Telangana after the capital city of Hyderabad woke up to a chilly 13.2°C on Tuesday. The city's minimum temperatures are expected to stay below 15°C until at least November 22, IMD stated. Accordingly, a cold wave alert has been issued for Adilabad, Kumaram Bheem Asifabad, Nirmal, Sangareddy and Medak.
