The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has shared a satellite picture as Cyclone Biparjoy landfall process commenced in Gujarat. The landfall process will continue till midnight. The landfall process started with wind velocity of 115-125 kmph, the IMD added. Storm surges could go as high as 3 to 6 metres at some places, the IMD had earlier warned.
