India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Wednesday shared a satellite picture showing a layer of dense fog over northwest and central India, amid a cold wave. This came as visuals showed the Delhi NCR region covered in fog, severely affecting visibility and impacting flights and trains. Dense fog was observed over Punjab, Haryana, UP, northern Rajasthan, northern MP, etc on Wednesday.
