Vice-President Hamid Ansari, in his capacity as the ex-officio chairman of the Rajya Sabha, has admitted a motion of impeachment against Madhya Pradesh High Court Judge, Justice SK Gangele, who is accused of sexually harassing a woman judge. The motion for initiating the impeachment process was moved by 58 MPs earlier this month.
