The Election Commission of India (ECI) has launched the Election Seizure Management System in a bid to increase supervision for bribe free polls. The platform, which will provide real-time updates about seizures to enforcement agencies, will be used for the first time during the upcoming Assembly elections for five states. It will provide seamless coordination amongst enforcement agencies.
