Four Bengal tiger cubs were born in Cuba against all odds amid severe shortages of ‌fuel and medicine, as well as power outages. The births were hailed as a miracle, with zoo workers receiving only five litres of diesel daily despite needing 20 litres to distribute food to the animals. One of the cubs is an exceedingly rare white tiger.
