The largest-ever warship to have been built in India, the INS Chennai, was commissioned into the Indian Navy on Monday. The ship is armed with supersonic surface-to-surface 'BrahMos' missiles and is also capable of undersea warfare. The warship also includes indigenously developed anti-submarine weapons and sensors.
