short by Pragya Swastik / on Monday, 8 February, 2021
At around 10:45 am on Sunday, a glacier broke off in the Tapovan-Raini area of Uttarakhand's Chamoli, triggering a massive flood in the Dhauliganga, Rishiganga and Alaknanda rivers.
