IndusInd Bank said that an independent review found potential insider trading issues involving its CEOs, who traded shares before public disclosure of accounting lapses, Reuters reported. The bank will review the findings through "an insider perspective" and will take "necessary" legal steps. IndusInd's CEO Sumant Kathpalia and Deputy CEO Arun Khurana stepped down from their positions in April.
