Inder Jaisinghani built a ₹100,000 cr company when his father died

At 15, Inder Jaisinghani had to run his father's small hardware shop when he passed away in 1968. Taking inspiration from the same, he started a wires and cables company called Polycab in 1983. Today, Polycab has 28 manufacturing plants, 3800 + distributors, 205,000 retail outlets and a 26% market share. It is worth ₹101,300 crore.
