India and Seychelles signed an extradition treaty during PM Narendra Modi's visit, the MEA said. The treaty deepens legal and security cooperation between the two countries and strengthens the tackling of transnational crime, MEA added. MoUs on cooperation in peaceful uses of outer space, agriculture research and education, and to advance UPI-based digital payments in Seychelles were also signed.
