India, China agreed to work with urgency to ensure "complete disengagement" in the Ladakh sector of the Line of Actual Control (LAC). The agreement comes after National Security Advisor Ajit Doval met his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi in Russia. External Affairs Ministry said both sides "agreed to work with urgency and redouble their efforts" towards full disengagement in disputed areas.
